Returns

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Process

To return an item please email info@snowguards.com or call (860)-225-1614 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, package the item securely and mail the return to the following address:

Refunds

As mentioned previously returns are only processed in exchange for store credit. After receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will process the return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your time to process. We will notify you via email when your return is processed.

Exceptions

The following items CANNOT be returned:

• Scotch Weld/Grip Primers #4799, #1099, #4693H
