Shipping Information

We ship via UPS for all domestic and international shipments. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST, or placed during the weekend will ship on the next business day.

Shipments originate from our warehouse in New Britain, Connecticut (zip code 06051). 

If you have an urgent or time-sensitive order please call us so we can help.

 

International Shipments

We ship worldwide via UPS. Please note that the freight costs on your invoice are for shipping only and do not include brokerage fees, duties, or your local taxes.

If you would like to use your own customs broker for customs clearance, please e-mail us the contact information of your broker at the time you place your order.

All prices on this website are in US Dollars.

Pick Up Orders

If you prefer, orders can be picked up at our warehouse in person, or by your freight company during our normal business hours. Please call us to arrange to pick up.

Larger orders (4,000 + snow guards) can be packed on pallets for pick up by your freight carrier.

Payment Methods

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Purchase orders, for payment within 30 days, are accepted from roofing product distributors, only after filling out a form and becoming an approved distributor.

Return Policy

Returns of unused items in new condition are accepted within sixty (60) days of purchase for a store credit. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Returns cannot be accepted on custom-painted snow guards.

If you are uncertain, we encourage you to request snow guard samples before purchasing, which we will send to you at our expense. Upon request, we will promptly send you a sample of the snow guard(s) you are considering. This way you will be sure you have chosen the snow guard with the correct color, style, and fit before you buy.

Custom Color Matching

Our snow guard models #11-A, #6, #8, and #9 can be painted (baked on finish) to match a color sample that you provide. The minimum order for painting is 100 pieces or $150.00 minimum painting charge.

Color samples must be at least 1″ x 1″ in size.

Please allow 1 – 3 weeks turn around time for painting.

Warranty

We warranty that our snow guards will be free from any defects in material or workmanship. Zaleski Snow Guards for Roofs, Inc. will replace any defective snow guards within 90 days from the date of purchase.
